Membership Access & Eligibility

Dog Show Mentor reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership access at its sole discretion.

Programs are intended for owner-handlers and exhibitors seeking educational mentorship, coaching, and support in conformation competition.

Professional handlers, judges, or individuals creating conflicts of interest may be restricted from participation.

AKC Guidelines & Showing Under Lee Whittier

Dog Show Mentor follows AKC conflict-of-interest guidelines.

Active members may not exhibit dogs under Lee Whittier while participating in Dog Show Mentor programs or coaching services.

A waiting period may apply following membership cancellation before exhibiting dogs to Lee Whittier.

Members are responsible for understanding and following applicable AKC rules and regulations.

Membership Billing, Offers & Renewals

Certain Dog Show Mentor programs, promotional offers, grandfathered pricing, extensions, workshops, and special pricing opportunities may be offered as month-to-month memberships, one-time purchases, or limited-time payment plans.

Unless otherwise specifically stated at checkout, memberships and offers are billed on a recurring month-to-month basis. Members may cancel before their next billing date to avoid future charges. No long-term contract or annual commitment is required for standard monthly memberships.

Programs using split-payment options, including 3-pay installment plans, are considered commitment-based payment plans. By selecting a split-payment option, members agree to complete all scheduled payments associated with that plan. Split-payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled to avoid remaining payments.

Failure to complete scheduled installment payments may result in suspended access to programs, materials, coaching, or member resources.

Program extensions, workshops, and select promotional offers may also be sold as one-time non-recurring purchases when clearly stated at checkout.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the immediate access provided to digital materials, educational resources, coaching content, recordings, and community access, Dog Show Mentor does not offer refunds on memberships, coaching sessions, workshops, extensions, digital products, or payment plans.

Community Standards

Dog Show Mentor is committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and supportive educational environment.

Members agree to:

• Avoid harassment, gossip, hostility, or disruptive behavior

• Respect confidentiality within coaching and community discussions

Dog Show Mentor reserves the right to remove any member who violates community standards without refund.

Confidentiality

Members understand that community discussions, coaching conversations, and shared experiences may include personal opinions, strategies, goals, or educational discussions.

While Dog Show Mentor encourages confidentiality and respect within the community, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in any online environment.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All Dog Show Mentor materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Videos

• MasterClasses

• Recordings

• Downloads

• Training materials

• Written resources

• Coaching content

• Logos, branding, graphics, and website content

Membership grants access for personal educational use only.

Members may not reproduce, record, share, distribute, upload, resell, copy, or publicly distribute any Dog Show Mentor materials without written permission.

Unauthorized sharing of member materials, recordings, downloads, or login access may result in immediate termination without refund.

Household Memberships

Memberships are intended for individual use unless otherwise specifically stated.

Household access may only apply to spouses or life partners living in the same household when approved by Dog Show Mentor.

Membership sharing outside approved household access is prohibited.

Educational Disclaimer

Dog Show Mentor provides educational mentorship, coaching, strategy, and informational content only.

Participation does not guarantee specific placements, rankings, wins, titles, financial outcomes, or competitive success.

Results vary based on numerous factors including experience, skill level, dog quality, consistency, preparation, competition, and individual implementation.

Technology & Platform Access

Dog Show Mentor may update, change, improve, or migrate its website, membership platform, community systems, educational portals, or technology providers at any time without notice.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, or platform updates may occasionally affect access.

Dog Show Mentor is not responsible for outages, interruptions, payment processor failures, internet disruptions, or temporary platform downtime caused by third-party services.

Privacy
